Milan’s front rows weren’t ruled by East Asian personalities alone—stars from South and Southeast Asia also made their mark this season, commanding global attention.

Milan Fashion Week was a whirlwind of style and spectacle, but at its heart was the undeniable presence of Asian stars commanding the front rows. From ambassadors of luxury brands, friend of the brands, to fashion insiders getting personally invited, this season has become an interesting showcase of Asian talent.

China

These women from China proved how much of a force they are in the world of fashion. At the Gucci show were actress Ni Ni and model He Cong, who turned heads with her lethal face card and pink ensemble. Tang Yan displayed quiet luxury at Fendi. Actress-singers Li Yitong and Zhu Zhu were at Brunello Cucinelli, serving face and fashion.

Influencer Ting Ting Lai was a modern chic star at Emporio Armani, alongside Bai Lu, who then went to Jimmy Choo the day after. At Max Mara was singer Tia Ray in bold black. Standing as the only Chinese representative at Prada was young actress Guan Xiao Tong, playing with fabrics and textures in deep red.

Thailand

Thai stars made an outsized impact this season. MEGA cover star Davika Hoorne was a Hollywood showstopper in blue fur at the Gucci show as its first Thai ambassador, meanwhile brand ambassador Toey Jarin Porn served elegance at Prada. Kanyawee Songmuang, better known as Thanaerng, went for effortless and minimalist at Bottega Veneta.

As for actress Baifern Pimchanok, she layered up with a blue green coat and a tassel tie at the Onitsuka show. Finally, Girls’ Love actress Faye Peraya made her Fashion Week debut at at Max Mara in a sophisticated maroon ensemble.

Korea

Korean celebrities, idols, and influencers lit up Milan Fashion Week. Idols present were AESPA Karina at Prada, MEOVV Sooin at Bottega Veneta, and ITZY Yuna debuting at Fendi. Sandara Park was an artist on demand, visiting Blumarine, Moschino, Dolce & Gabbana, and Fendi.

Squid Game Season 2 fan favorite Park Gyu-young captured attention in a light blue coat with oversized fur lapels at Gucci. DJ and artist Peggy Gou exuded a commanding presence in a beige trench coat, navy trousers, and a red purse at Prada.

Also at Dolce & Gabbana were actress Min Ka-young and reality TV star Aren Yoo from Super Rich in Korea. Influencer Jihoon Kim stole the shows at Prada and Emporio Armani. Bang Hyorin personified confidence at Tod’s in a red coat.

Japan

The Japanese style mavens were everywhere in Milan, and they truly know how to make an impression. Momo of TWICE served maximalist edge at Onitsuka. Nana Eikura and Marie Iitoyo brought quiet luxury to Tod’s, while Kasumi Arimura offered youthful charm at Prada. Model Makiko Takizawa graced her presence at Max Mara and Sportsmax, while actress-model Anne Watanabe showed off her classy and sophisticated style at Anteprima and Brunello Cucinelli.

Philippines, Singapore, India, Taiwan, and Hong Kong

Filipinas once again proved unforgettable in Milan. Content creator Valkyrae brought bold maximalism to the Diesel egg hunt with her floor-length braids, while Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach commanded the cameras at Bottega Veneta in a burgundy coat and lips to match—an elevated vision of power dressing.

From India, Alia Bhatt channeled sultry Hollywood glamour in black fur at Gucci, a look that underscored her growing global presence.

Taiwan made a strong showing with actress-singer Joanne Tseng, who stunned at Onitsuka and Brunello Cucinelli, while fashion influencer Molly Chiang practically owned the week—appearing at nearly every major house from Gucci to Fendi and Ferragamo, each look sharper than the last.

Hong Kong’s Yan Yan Chan made her mark at Prada and Emporio Armani with her trend-setting edge, while designer and influencer Jenny Tsang exuded timeless sophistication across Max Mara, Bottega Veneta, Fendi, and Gucci.

Singaporean style insider Yoyo Cao once again delivered head-turning ensembles at Sportmax, Onitsuka, Max Mara, and Prada, while actress Chen Yixin embodied rising star power with appearances at Moschino, Onitsuka, Brunello Cucinelli, Max Mara, and Prada.

Across Milan, Asian women stood not just as ambassadors or attendees, but as cultural representatives—bringing their countries’ talent to the global stage. With their sheer presence and influence, it’s no wonder Europe continues to look to Asia: call it clout, call it market power, but ultimately, these stars are setting both the tone and the standard. And with Fashion Month far from over, their impact is only just beginning.
