“Veena’s look at Cannes was pure magnetism,” Cinco says. “Her ball gown was inspired by celestial goddesses and the hypnotic glow of moonlight. The design evoked an ethereal elegance—fluid, powerful, and unforgettable. A true vision of divine femininity gracing the red carpet.”
That fluidity, as it turns out, was engineered with purpose. “Liquid metallic silk gazar was used as the base fabric to create a luminous, fluid movement—like moonlight rippling across water,” Cinco explains, revealing the technical precision behind the dreamscape.
But material alone couldn’t carry the meaning. For a model like Praveenar, there was a harmony to evoke. “Veena’s rich Thai-Indian heritage brought a deeply layered elegance to her Cannes ensemble, infusing the look with both cultural nuance and global sophistication,” he says. “Her multicultural background inspired me to subtly weave together Eastern mysticism and Western couture, creating a harmonious fusion that honored her roots while celebrating her rise on the international stage.”
