Something New

Like every great love story, it began with a conversation. Last year, the two met up at the lobby of Shangri-La The Fort, the bride glowing with excitement. “Without wasting a moment, I took her measurements at the hotel lobby and we began discussing her dream dress,” Cinco recalled.

Harake had a clear vision of her bridal look: a timeless, off-shoulder lace bridal gown with a dramatic train. And Cinco’s dramatic, intricate, and opulent creations made him the ideal choice to make her a masterpiece that would become this year’s most talked-about bridal creations.the bridal gown of her dreams. “She even brought references—gowns I had designed in the past that she had always admired,” the designed mentioned, impressed.

A Perfect Fit

“Many brides have worn off-shoulder lace gowns with a train,” Cinco started. “But what made her gown truly exceptional was the couture craftsmanship behind it.” With lace custom-designed exclusively for Harake and meticulously hand-embroidered with pearls, French sequins, and transparent Swarovski crystals, the gown was a testament to his precision as a designer.

The off-shoulder silhouette, corseted bodice, and dramatic cathedral train—all these details were meant to accentuate the bride’s features and add movement. “It was the intricate detailing and hours of artisanal work that made it uniquely Zeinab—classic in concept, but elevated to a couture masterpiece,” Cinco emphasized.

“The most demanding part was definitely the embroidery,” Cinco explained, referring to the pearls, sequins, and crystals that took hundreds of hours and a team of artisans to complete. To say it was a challenge would be an understatement, especially with the level of delicacy it demanded without compromising the gown’s structure. “For a bride like Zeinab, who embodies strength and softness so beautifully, it was worth every stitch. The real art was in balancing opulence with elegance,” the designed shared happily.

Forever Moments

Beyond the craftsmanship, the emotional significance of the gown made it truly unforgettable for both the bride and designer. “Seeing her walk into that moment wearing something we created together was deeply emotional. As a designer, there’s nothing more fulfilling than knowing your work became part of someone’s forever memory,” Cinco pondered.

Harake has left a lasting impression on the designer with her bubbly personality, style, and warmth. “When she reached out again, this time for her wedding, it felt like a full-circle moment,” the designer recalled. “Designing for them wasn’t just about fashion—it was about honoring their love and values through couture.”

“A wedding is more than just fashion—it’s a celebration of love, vulnerability, and commitment.”
