The girls of KATSEYE have been everywhere. Their first-ever tour, their Asian leg, Lollapalooza, and everywhere on the Internet for that mindblowing Gap ad. Naturally, the fashion fantasy began writing itself. Forget cities. Forget seats. We’re mentally casting young Filipino designers to dress the pop stars. Because while we’re not getting a Manila stop (a minor injustice) just yet, allow us to indulge in this sartorial dream. You know you’d want a ticket to that.

Manon in Nicia Sy

The Swiss member of KATSEYE, Manon isn’t just a performer, but a provocateur. Who else could make straight brows go viral on TikTok and spark a trend overnight? It only makes sense to pair her with Nicia Sy, one of MEGA’s July 2024 Ones to Watch. A denim disruptor with a taste for fabric manipulation and fearless silhouettes, Nicia doesn’t do basics—and neither does Manon.

Lara in Sandro Dela Peña

Whether or not she speaks, everyone listens. That’s Lara: elegance with a backbone. It’s why Sandro Dela Peña fits—literally and ideologically. Megan’s the kind of girl you can’t quite pin down—and why would you want to? She’s witty, weird, and way too interesting for anything off the rack. Montecalvo’s world is made for her. Ethereal, sustainable, imaginative, and always one step to the left. We’d love to see her in his pieces because they share the same talent: taking the whimsy and grounding it.

Yoonchae is a sweetheart. As the maknae (youngest) of the group, her charm is in her youth , and her ability to make Gabriela look like a cutie, summer daydream. MALIGAYA makes clothes from vintage fabrics and repurposed linens, spun into something youthful and sunny. Its pieces look like fits she’d choose herself: sweet, interesting, and full of light.
