In 2025, MEGA launched the MEGA Woman Club, a gathering of industry leaders, creatives, artists, advocates, entrepreneurs, businesswomen, changemakers, and more to celebrate the impact of women in society. The event championed female leaders and individuals who represent what MEGA stands for, which is empowered women who break barriers and new ground that builds on further progress for women across industries. Through conversation and connection, the MEGA Woman Club is a platform where women can network, connect, and bond.
Last year’s inaugural event featured a selection of female leaders across Southeast Asia, as Grace Vera Cruz, Savina Chow, Mili Kale, and Korina Sanchez-Roxas partook in an insightful and inspiring panel discussion that showcased the MEGA Woman Club’s mission to give a space for women to be their best selves.
This year, the MEGA Woman Club returns with the same mission, but now with a bigger stage and more speakers and talks. Across four panel discussions and an interview with Pia Wurtzbach-Jauncey, the MEGA Woman Club 2026 aimed to further empower and educate women through the stories and discussions of multi-hyphenate women who have been making waves in their respective industries. Here’s a rundown of all the major highlights from the event.

A Boho Luxe Afternoon

It was a sunny Monday afternoon as guests made their way to the Garden Pavilion at the Grand Hyatt Manila in BGC. The second edition of the MEGA Woman Club celebrated the multi-hyphenate women, women who wear many hats and don’t define themselves by just one role. It was a gathering of women who have thrived in multiple fields.
With the theme of Euro Summer Boho Luxe, guests showed up in their interpretation of an outdoor tea party. Earthly palettes and floral designs mixed with flowy silhouettes and a free-spirited energy for a scene fit for a windy European summer. Knit, layered sheer, and earthly tones were a popular sight as guests mingled, caught up, and chatted with one another in the outdoor social space.
Attendees also had the chance to embrace the day’s theme at the MEGA Vignette, where a tea set and their own seat at the table awaited them.
With cocktails and canapés at hand, guests experienced the multiple interactive booths that made the day more memorable. Over at the Luxe Beauty & Wellness Vignette, guests took snapshots while surrounded by a dazzling arrangement of flowers.

The Cetaphil booth offered attendees ample protection from the sun that lasted from peak afternoon to sunset. Memories were captured and fleeting moments turned into a lifetime at the Pond’s photobooth. Meanwhile, NUSTAR Online had attendees take and share their own Polaroids in their booth, while select guests were interviewed as they shared their thoughts on girlhood, women’s empowerment, and other relevant topics.
Celebrating The Multi-Hyphenate Woman
Soon, the audience settled down inside the main event space as host Anne Gautheir welcomed everyone to the MEGA Woman Club 2026. To formally open the program, she invited MEGA’s Editor-in-Chief Peewee Reyes-Isidro to deliver her opening remarks.

Reminding the crowd of MEGA’s mission of championing women, she shared how the 2nd MEGA Woman Club brings together a community to spotlight women who refuse to settle for less in achieving their goals in whatever field they decide to enter. “It’s a celebration of versatility, and the many roles women hold, often all at once. In a world that sometimes asks a woman to choose a single path, this is about embracing every role and owning every version of who you are.”

Afterwards, the panel discussions began, which featured multi-hyphenate women from various fields and professions. The first panel, Built By Her, highlighted women MSMEs who shared their personal journeys of resilience, purpose, and progress. Luxe Beauty and Wellness Founder and CEO Anna Mangkawas and Purse Maison owner Jay-Ann Claire Bincal came together for a discussion of building successful businesses while balancing their roles in entrepreneurship and their personal lives.

In the second panel presented by Pond’s Skin Institute, Pretty Unrealistic, Dr. Nina Monterola, Bianca Ferro, and Janina Vela discussed the power of self-confidence and prioritizing your well-being, because taking on the world has to start with taking care of yourself. It made for a driven discussion from three women who have turned goals into reality without neglecting themselves along the way.

For the third panel, Her Well-Being, the conversation shifted to health and wellness with Abe Mationg, Belle Rodolfo, and preventive medicine physician and founder of Luminisce Holistic Skin Innovations Dr. Kaycee Reyes providing a candid chat of what goes into physical and mental well-being. From dealing with burnout to establishing guilt-free boundaries, these ladies opened up about how well-being shouldn’t feel like a guilty pleasure.

The fourth and final panel, By Her Design, brought together panelists who shared their experiences navigating the local creative industry and did so without dimming their creative light. Nikki Huang, Kylie Verzosa, and Shaira Luna sat down for a lively discussion of their creative journeys, the power in owning your work, and what it’s like to confidently make your own space as a creative in spite of the challenges involved.

Lastly, the program concluded with an interview between Pia Wurtzbach-Jauncey and host Anne Gautheir. A true multi-hyphenate in every sense of the word, Pia looked back on her journey and notably shared that, even if it was filled with many hurdles, she was grateful to have experienced them because those moments helped her become the woman she is today.

It was an honest look into a woman who has seemingly lived many lives over the past decade. As the conversation came to a close, Pia left the women in the room with the advice to give themselves time and that it’s ok if they don’t get to their destination right away, because each step is already a lesson learned and a sign of growth.
To The Women Who Wear Many Hats
To wrap up the program, Anne Gautheir invited guests to join the reflection circle, where they were given a piece of paper to write down their biggest takeaway or lesson from the afternoon. And as a token of MEGA’s appreciation, attendees took home a special giveaway bag filled with a curated selection of products and items from Pond’s, Cetaphil, Luxe Beauty and Wellness, in the tropics, Martina Lebron Studio, Bloomingails, Casa Juan, Suki Jewelry, and Chu Chü Beauty for those summer escapades.
As a special giveaway, Luminisce Holistic Skin Innovations included four golden tickets in random giveaway bags, which translated to one winner of Ultherapy Prime Treatment and three winners of Belotero Revive Treatment to those who recieved the golden ticket.

As the sun began to set, it all made for an eventful second edition of the MEGA Woman Club as guests took away valuable insights and words of wisdom to apply in their own lives. And like with any movement, the MEGA Women Club 2026 served as another moment for women to leave their lasting impact. Every new hat a woman wears is a step towards progress, because as the women of each panel and discussion reminded us, life doesn’t stop at just one step.
