BINI Makes History as the First P-pop Act to Perform at Coachella

Filipino music continues to go global, and it only goes up from here. Coachella has just revealed that P-pop girl group BINI is set to light up the stage at the music festival with their powerhouse vocals, sharp choreography, and viral hits. This makes them the first P-pop act to perform on the Coachella stage.

From their breakout tracks—“Pantropiko,” “Salamin Salamin,” and “Karera”—BINI quickly rose to stardom in the Philippines. Soon after, the world took notice. Case in point: Several sold out 3-day concerts in their home country and a world tour that has recently wrapped up. 

Now, they’re stepping onto an even bigger stage, joining a star-studded lineup that includes Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, BIGBANG, Taemin, Laufey, and more.

More than just a milestone for BINI, this is a breakthrough moment for Filipino talent on the global stage. And we can’t wait to see more acts follow.
