In a city where nightlife often swings between bottle-popping energy and barely-lit bistros, Medusa emerges with a seductive proposition: what if dinner didn’t end when the lights dimmed, but simply shifted pace? Located within The Palace Manila complex in Uptown Bonifacio, this new concept from the minds behind Embassy, Opus, and Prive rewrites the rules by being both a supper and a scene. It’s not just dinner with music or cocktails with canapés. It’s a place where women lead the table, then the night.

Helmed by chefs Lisa Revilla and David Thien Chow Kang—both with experience in Michelin-starred kitchens across Asia and Europe—the menu focuses on European comfort food, done well.

The dishes are familiar, but executed with care, and designed to go easily from dinner to drinks. The cocktail list is smart and unfussy, with classics alongside original mixes that are refreshing yet bold.

Inside, Medusa plays with Art Deco architecture softened by tropical curves and mirrored reflections. The room shifts with the hour, not unlike its guests: from candlelit conversations at 7 to a low-slung, bass-lined buzz by midnight. It’s architecture as choreography, designed to move with you.

Dinner runs until 10PM, but the story doesn’t end there. As the lighting drops and the tempo lifts, the venue stretches into its second act: Late Night, a mood in of itself. Medusa isn’t here to outshine anyone—it simply invites you to shine longer, louder, and on your own terms.
