After a two-year showbiz hiatus, popstar royalty Sarah G is ready to get back in the spotlight in 2023

The end of 2022 and the beginning of the new year are extremely significant for Sarah Geronimo and her supporters, known as popsters, as she continuously makes her strong comeback every time she releases a song. “Dati-Dati” served as the popstar royalty’s first music offering since she took a break from showbiz in 2020. The song’s eye-catching choreography has gone viral all over social media platforms, where it has even become a dance craze.
The singer-actress also released a brand new, unannounced track titled “Cuore” in October 2022 that talks about spending a simple life with a significant other. The single’s co-writers were Sarah and Matteo Guidicelli, indicating that it was a labor of love.
Sarah remains to be unstoppable as her music comeback and even live performances have only just begun. On ABS-CBN’s Sunday variety show, ASAP Natin’ To, she gave another notable performance of her new single, “Sansinukob, Salamat.”
After her emotional performance—addressing her gratitude to the universe—Sarah shared that she is thankful to God, her family, fans, ABS-CBN, and her mentors because it was through these people that she gained the courage to let her talent prevail and once again serve her purpose in the entertainment industry. She opened up, saying that her past struggles affected her courage to stand tall. Still, the people that surrounded her never left her side and became her most significant source of inspiration.
Speculations are high that the Popstar Royalty is gearing up for an album release soon. And her fans worldwide are beyond ecstatic now that Sarah Geronimo is back to share her talent, releasing Original Pilipino Music that provide a perfect genre fix for all walks of life.
