Longchamp embraces the strength of a woman’s personality with its new bag collection. Inspired by the ancient warriors who defied the status quo, the Amazone Collection perfectly reflects true Parisian characters: strong, independent, and sophisticated.

“Longchamp women are the 21st century Amazons,” says Longchamp’s Creative Director Sophie Delafontaine. “They own their femininity. I was thinking about them while creating this new line.”
The Amazone line is crafted with supple leather in black and powder. It also comes in a python-print calfskin in shades of dusty pink, blush, coral pink, and gray.
To express the Parisian refinement, femininity, and spirit, the edges of the bag were trimmed with a tone-on-tone or contrasting braided leather band. Creating an exquisite-looking bag while keeping its heritage intact, Longchamp incorporated the nickel saddle buckle that conjures up the French label’s equestrian spirit.
But the best thing about the Amazone bag is its versatility. With the Amazone’s sliding metal chain feature, it may be worn as a handbag, shoulder bag, or cross-body bag. This only means that you can easily dress up or down any time of the day.
