Kylie Verzosa makes her third appearance at the Cannes Film Festival wearing a pastel blue dress
The Cannes Film festival is in its second week and Kylie Verzosa has once again arrived at the red carpet—making it her third appearance. Given her captions for her latest Instagram posts, it seems like it will be Kylie’s last appearance for this season’s festival, but it doesn’t stop us from hoping to see more looks from the beauty queen.

This time around, we’re putting the spotlight on the pastel blue dress she wore just yesterday—the same piece that made her feel like a Disney princess. Cinderella, perhaps? While the feel of the dress reminds us of the pink gown she wore for her second day, it was definitely more understated compared to her first two looks.
Her blue dress, which was unsurprisingly designed by Mark Bumgarner, had a classic silhouette finished with sultry tones. Delicate folds were done across the bodice to the side of her hips, while a crystallized cord was added to accentuate her figure. The skirt had a different texture compared to the bodice since it was draped elegantly around her hips.
To contrast the pastel blue, a plunging dip was added in the neckline, and a high slit that went up to her thigh. The look was then completed with a necklace that follows the fall of her neckline. It even matched the crystals seen on the dress.
