With the competition down to its final days, Miss Universe Philippines 2023 is slowly unveiling its standout delegates. In today’s preliminaries, three contestants captivated the sponsors, reflecting each of their brand’s vision, purpose, and values.

Michelle Dee of Makati City bagged awards such as Miss Aqua Boracay and the Face of Ponds. The experienced pageant candidate exuded her game face in all rounds of the preliminaries, captivating the contestants with her smize and posture. Knowing the strength of her performance, she went for a beaded, white Mark Bumgarner gown that reflected her sleek elegance.
Meanwhile, Angelique Manto proved that the first time is the best time to make your mark in pageantry. All in all, the content creator garnered four awards—Face of Avon, Miss Okada, Miss So-En, Miss Cavaso, and Miss Jewelmer. Manto veered away from the beaded bling in her gown for the preliminaries and opted for a sheer cutout ensemble from Jaggy Glarino—a true testament to Angelique’s personal style.
Last and definitely not the least, Pauline Amelinckx was the living and breathing form of “third time’s the charm” with her multiple wins, including Miss Skin Magical, Miss Hello Glow, Miss Jojo Bragais, Miss Titan Universe, Miss Creamsilk Ultimate, Miss Enderun, Miss Smilee, Miss Kingston International, and Miss Avana. Pauline donned a crystal-crusted Furne One frock with a special attention to details of nature’s codes.
With these names leading the special awards in the preliminaries, are they getting closer to being the next Miss Universe Philippines?
