ArteFino RESORT 2025: The Filipino Brands That Editors and Personalities Wear to Look Cool in Summer

Like a sun-drenched retreat, ArteFino’s sets the scene for its second summer pop-up featuring 30 Filipino brands.

The sun doesn’t clock out in the Philippines. It is paramount, casting golden streaks on palm leaves, bouncing off white-sand shores, and settling into our everyday lives. At ArteFino RESORT 2025, the endless summer finds its way into clothes that breathe with the heat, accessories that echo the islands, and pieces that don’t just look good on a vacation, but make life itself feel like one.

The Heat That Fuels Creativity

“Our tropical, eternal sunshine climate contributes to fueling the creativity of a lot of our designers and artisans,” says ArteFino co-founder Marimel Francisco. “It has inspired them, and it’s reflected in their designs as well as the material they use.”

Trude lizares

ArteFino brings together 30 Filipino brands, each influenced by its own region of the archipelago. Every weave, dye, and stitch is reminiscent of home—coastal resorts, booming cities, and peaceful provinces.

Sari Lazaro

The curation takes visitors on a sensory trip across the islands. Sari Lazaro experiments with frivolity, while Barba updates easy elegance. R. Filart and Odel work with native textures, crafting silhouettes that move with the breeze.

Maison Métisse
Arao

Maison Métisse and Trude Lizares lean into organic luxury, their pieces evoking sunlit afternoons and barefoot walks. Farah Abu and Golden Monstera turn nature’s beauty into statement jewelry, while Good Luck, Humans injects playfulness into ethical fashion.

Jor-El Espina swim

Bagoyan reinterpret traditional vacation mainstays, while ARAO makes gold sparkle like sunlight on water. Jor-El Espina Swim adds a distinct Filipino touch to swimwear, combining craftsmanship with nautical cool.

The Filipino Resort State of Mind

“It’s summer all year round in the Philippines,” Francisco points out. “That doesn’t only mean every day is ideal for traveling. Tropical weather also influences the way we dress.”

Resort wear, for Filipinos, isn’t an aesthetic to adopt—it’s second nature. Handwoven textiles, breezy cuts, and vibrant hues reflect a rhythm of living shaped by the sun, sea, and sky.

R FILART

Artefino, as usual, also brings a thoughtful perspective on sustainability and circularity. Philippine-made resort pieces are designed for longevity, made to be reimagined across seasons and settings. With each selection, the fair continues the conversation on responsible fashion, showcasing that local design is as relevant as it is essential.

A Summer That Never Ends

Taking over both the North and South Courts of Power Plant Mall, ArteFino RESORT 2025 makes space for discovery, immersion, and indulgence. The atmosphere mirrors the relaxed luxury of the tropics—easygoing yet intentional, sophisticated yet full of warmth.

Bagoyan

Since its introduction in 2023, ArteFino’s resort edition has been a representation of the Filipino way of life—one in which craftsmanship is worked into identity, the sun is always in style, and summer is a state of being rather than a season.

ArteFino RESORT 2025 runs from March 6 – March 9, 2025 is open to the public for free at Power Plant Mall
