At its 15th anniversary, the MEGA Ball showed there was no room for passive dressing. Instead, these were garments built to engage and designed to hold their own in a conversation, and, of course, in a photograph. With the theme Fashion + Dance, a shared vocabulary between designer and muse have their silhouettes showing in motion. Together, they took to the red carpetRed CarpetThe high-profile arrival area at premieres, award ceremonies, and galas, where celebrities pose in carefully chosen fashion for photographers. Michael Leyva & Heart Evangelista

The global fashion icon wore white, but there was nothing blank about it. Michael Leyva’s diaphanous creation framed Heart Evangelista as the central figure in her own orbit, complete with a Judith Leiber moon clutch.
Cheetah Rivera & Gabbi Garcia

Barbra Streisand’s bridal moment in Funny Girl walked so Gabbi Garcia could glide. The Cheetah Rivera bridal moment delivered a modern-day cue for drama: draped, voluminous, and main character energy.
Andrea Tetangco & Kat Bautista

Whimsy comes in full effect. Andrea Tetangco’s dress for Kat Bautista featured floating florals and a breezy silhouette, but make no mistake as this was a soft serve. Sweetness with teeth.
Chris Nick & Kyline Alcantara

A shared taste for drama made this match magnetic. Chris Nick gave Kyline Alcantara a sharp, high-gloss look that read like a black swan in heels. One black revenge dress, one woman expanding into her full form.
Avel Bacudio & Jerome Ponce

There’s subtlety, and then there’s strategy. Avel Bacudio’s sheer button-down layered over textured trousers for Jerome Ponce showed contrast and control, proof that masculinity can be styled, softened, and still hold the room.
Jaggy Glarino & Georcelle Dapat-Sy

When the woman who shaped the rhythm of a generation arrives, you design in her language. Jaggy Glarino’s look for the MEGA Ball 2025 Co-chair Georcelle Dapat-Sy was steeped in cultural memory, nodding to the bahay kubo and Filipino folk dance. Textured, layered, and lyrical, the piece was a performance in itself, following her lead with every move.
Francis Libiran & Niana Guerrero

Niana Guerrero was born to move, and Francis Libiran dressed her like a force field. Sculpted, sheer, and engineered to stand out, the look bent structure to her energy, not the other way around.
Inigo Villegas & Shar Cabigas, Gela Atayde, and Meg Romulo

More cast than couple, Inigo Villegas assembled a trio of muses in looks that favored fringe, tiers, and texture. Each dress moved like a thesis on fabric theory, proving that multiplicity can still deliver one message: IÑIGO understands how women want to feel in clothes.
Call it muse, call it match. What walked the carpet was a synergy that showed up and showed off. Behind every train or cut was a partnership in instinct, imagination, and mutual fluency. When fashion moves for the MEGA Ball, it leaves a signature.
