Chic by Nature

Creating fashion content came naturally for Zoen—having inherited a passion for fashion from her stylish parents. Her chic personal style quickly caught the attention of major fashion houses, including Max Mara, Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, Chloé, and so much more.

Zyu Skincare

Starting a skincare business during medical school—and at the height of a pandemic—might have seemed impossible to most, yet Zoen did just that. In 2019, during her third year, she launched Zyu Skincare, inspired and guided by her parents, both seasoned beauty entrepreneurs.

While her parents operate their own spa, Zoens brand became her platform to share inherited knowledge with Singaporeans and beyond. Drawing from both her scientific training and her passion for beauty, Zyu was born at the intersection of these worlds, prioritizing skin health over surface aesthetics and redefining what it means to care for your skin.

From Stage to Screen

The entrepreneur’s love for theater began in childhood, but medical school took precedence, and her acting dreams were temporarily set aside. Having successfully balanced her medical career and business, she returned to acting on a larger stage.

Her first on-screen role was in the short film The Moon & Me {or The Unbearable Weight of Existence}, showcased at the Singaporean Youth Film Festival. Guided by her husband and fellow actor Joshua Tan, Tay now pursues acting professionally, bringing the same focus, passion, and precision she applies to medicine and entrepreneurship.

Ambition knows no bounds for Zoen Tay. A true multihyphenate, she effortlessly blends science, creativity, and style—showing that pursuing multiple passions isn’t just possible, it can be extraordinary.
