Beneath the Philippine waters rests a sanctuary of beauty. Pristine coral gardens, extensive lagoons, and rich marine life thrive within the UNESCO-recognized Tubbataha Reefs. It is a heritage of nature worth preserving. And to honor this promise, Philip Stein unveils their first line of professional diver’s watches, the Tubbataha Collection, that reflects both technical mastery the maison is known for, and their commitment to safeguarding one of the Philippines’ most extraordinary treasures.

“The Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park is a Philippine treasure and a global heritage site. With the Philip Stein Tubbataha watch, we proudly support conservation efforts to protect the beauty beneath our seas,” Emerson Yao, Managing Director of the Lucerne Group of Companies, shares.
With a long history of supporting global causes, the Philip Stein’s Watch Tubbataha initiative brought together divers, conservationists, and artists in a seven-day expedition with the aim to showcase the reef’s vibrancy to the rest of the world. This effort culminated in a book called ‘WatchTubbataha: Time in the Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park’.
“At age eighteen, I experienced for the first time the beauty and vastness of the world underwater,” recalls Will Stein, co-founder of Philip Stein. “The Philip Stein Tubbataha is our way of honoring the ocean, protecting a reef that reminds us of the beauty worth preserving.”
Craftsmanship In Depth
At the heart of the launch is the limited-edition Tubbataha Titanium Professional 200M. Its Grade 5 titanium case encases a dial of blue mother-of-pearl, luminous and alive like light on open water. Built with a uni-directional ceramic bezel, sapphire crystal glass, and automatic self-winding movement with a power reserve of thirty hours, it is as enduring as it is elegant.
Whether paired with a titanium bracelet, or with ocean blue or orange rubber straps, each piece is limited to only two hundred units. Exclusivity becomes part of its allure, rare as the reef itself.

The Tubbataha Professional 200M, on the other hand, offers steel and durability. A refined black mother-of-pearl dial that mimics the subtle shimmer of the deep can be paired with either a stainless steel bracelet or a black rubber strap. With up to two hundred meters of water resistance, it is a sleek yet unyielding companion for divers.

A Legacy to Preserve
The Tubbataha Collection is a covenant with the sea. To wear it is to carry a fragment of the ocean’s majesty and to take part in its preservation. In a world where beauty is too often fleeting, Philip Stein offers a timeless reminder for every Filipino: our natural treasures are irreplaceable and worth protecting for generations to come.
