The actress made an appearance on the opening night of Cannes Film Festival wearing an all-black Mark Bumgarner piece
The anticipated Cannes Film Festival had their opening night just recently and a Filipina celebrity made an appearance at the event. Actress and former Miss International 2016 Kylie Verzosa was invited to the opening ceremony red carpet for the screening of Jeanne du Barry, a periodic film based on the life of Jeanne Bécu who was the last mistress of Louis XV.

Although the actress already had quite the fashion lineup during her stay in Cannes, we’re putting the spotlight on her red carpet dress that exuded allure, charm, and elegance.
Designed by Mark Bumgarner and styled by Kat Cruz, the piece was able to capture Kylie’s risky style personality in a classic manner. The all-black gown featured a sultry bodice, from the thick straps, dip on the sweetheart neckline, to the cutouts seen on her torso—definitely a nod to the actress’s love for sensual styling.
To balance out the allure, the designer opted to do a ball gown silhouette on the skirt that was decorated with goose feathers and crystals imitating a drop-like shape. To match the crystals on the dress, Kylie wore a LVNA Signatures Diamond Necklace from LVNA by Drake Dustin.
This necklace has a 45 carat Rare Pink Pear Cut Precious Pink Tourmaline Gemstone centerpiece that was remounted and redesigned specifically for the former beauty queen, now naming the stunning piece as The Midnight Pink Tears of Kylie. She was also seen donning the brand’s Clustered Diamond Crawler Dangling Earrings that balance out all the attention from her bewitching beauty.
She made sure to keep the overlook clean and cohesive, from her straight hair to her bronze makeup look topped off with a muted pink lip.
