The #MakingMEGA Reunion Begins

By

As we all know, MEGA typically cooks something big for their annual Pinoy Pride issue. This year, don’t expect anything less—you’ve heard it right, a #MakingMEGA reunion is on the way.

Because it can get easy to label making a magazine as all glitz and glamour, #MakingMEGA began with the goal to document the hard work that goes behind making the cover of a fashion magazine. Featuring dream-like destinations and the transformation of the industry’s hottest stars before your very eyes, it soon became a phenomenon in no time, with readers looking forward to the next #MakingMEGA documentary and cover. MEGA’s June 2018 issue simply wanted to pay homage to that.

Looking radiant and fresh-faced, Maja Salvador is the first cover girl to enter the studio. Since her #MakingMEGA shoot in South Africa last 2014, the star has moved on to greater heights, showing her flair for the dramatics, both on the screen and on magazine covers. We can’t wait to see what the side the star will bring out for today’s shoot.

Just late last year, MEGAstyle’s very first cover star Gabbi Garcia flew to France for her very own #MakingMEGA experience. Today, the morena beauty arrives in barely-there makeup that only highlights her gorgeous features.

The sweet-natured Erich Gonzales has arrived. Even with her simple makeup and fresh bob, one of the four #MakingMEGAinSouthAfrica cover girls already turns heads. The team is definitely looking forward to working with the beauty this afternoon.

Julia Barretto arrived with a bare face—as if she needed any makeup in the first place. After appearing as one of the four cover girls for #MakingMEGAinSouthAfrica, the young star’s career has noticeably rocketed—from numerous projects to a successful love team tandem with partner Joshua Garcia.

When Kisses Delavin makes her way to the studio, her cheerful presence immediately lights up the room. The #MakingMEGAinCzechRepublic cover star has definitely come a long way since entering Pinoy Big Brother, and we’re excited to see what’s next in store for her.

Always fresh-faced, Elisse Joson is luminous as she enters the studio’s doors. As the #MakingMEGA cover girl for last year’s iconic September issue, the star remains humble despite her achievements since then.

The radiant Janella Salvador arrives in a summer-ready outfit. The multitalented star graced last November’s cover for her #MakingMEGA debut. Down-to-earth yet determined at the same time, she will surely make it far in the industry.

As of today, Nadine Lustre, Maymay Entrata and Vice Ganda have also confirmed to be part of the iconic shoot. We’ll simply have to wait and see for more updates!
