Mark Bumgarner is a Filipino designer who moved from international kart racing into fashion in 2012, studying at Central Saint Martins in London. His atelier specializes in custom evening wear and bridal pieces, handcrafted in-house, and he has presented six collections, two of them at the Manila Fashion Festival.
