Puey Quiñones is a Filipino fashion designer from Bobon, Northern Samar, who opened his Manila atelier in 2005. He became creative director of the bridal brand Cocomelody in 2015, and one of his mini-dresses was acquired by the Los Angeles County Museum of Art for its collection in 2020.
