A month after the announcement of DonBelle’s new project, Viu Philippines and Dreamscape Entertainment finally released a teaser of the light romantic drama How To Spot A Red Flag, featuring the spark between Donny and Belle’s characters.
Belle Mariano plays Cha, a feisty barista who meets Matt, Donny’s character. According to the barista, the two have been on a talking stage until she finds out that she’s been catfished. The plot twist? Matt is unaware that someone has been using his photos and his name to fool Cha.
Can MattCha be the end game we’re all rooting for, or will there be another player involved in the series that can perhaps be a better fit for the barista? Will there be an opposite to Matt’s good guy personality, a daring, bad boy that could only be soft and sweet around the feisty barista? Can Cha find love despite the red flags around her? We’ll find out soon on November 25.
