expectations – Olivia Rodrigo and Chappell Roan
In Olivia Rodrigo’s first official collaboration with a female artist, she teams up with her bestie Chappell Roan for a remix of expectations, making a standout track from her new album even more fun while adding a little sapphic energy to it.
Housewife – Tate McRae
There are no tradwives here with Canadian pop star Tate McRae’s new single about a woman who can’t be contained and explores themes of love, fame, and independence.
Sinasabi Ng Iba – DEMI
They say good songs often come in at less than two minutes, which is the case for DEMI’s new single where she reassures her lovers that the gossip is just gossip.
Lies – Zach Bryan and Lana Del Ray
This cut featuring Lana Del Ray on Zach Bryan’s new EP is a romantic track that transcends genre and is a hopelessly romantic single.
IKAW NA PALA – The Juans
OPM band The Juans tackle the ever-popular trope of realizing that the one meant for you is actually closer than you think with their moving new single.
Unloveu – KATSEYE
This bonus track from KATSEYE’s WILD EP finally gets a digital release as the pop ballad highlights the group’s vocals with a story of how they are moving on from a toxic ex.
Lasso The Moon – Ashe
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, chances are you’ve heard of the viral track Stop The Wedding! at least once on social media. And the artist behind it, Ashe, just dropped her fourth solo studio album The Girl Of Your Dreams, which is enough reason to check out her music if you want to hear more of the musician.
GO HARD – MEOVV
Starting off with a ballad verse, MEOVV takes a hard left when the beat drops that feels like it was made to bop your head to at the club.
Hannah Montana – Rex Orange County
Rex Orange County takes on a new persona in his new single Hannah Montana. But unlike the song’s title, he’s not a pop star, but more of a man trying to find peace in the quieter side of life as he reflects on feelings of longing and the lingering weight of a relationship left unresolved.
NEON – A2O AND A2O LITE
In case you missed it, SM Entertainment founder and its former chief Lee Soo-man just debuted a new K-pop girl group, A2O Lite, his first since he left SM in 2023. Pretty girls – Rachel Chinouriri
Rising UK musician Rachel Chinouriri gets introspective with her second studio album, I think I spoke too soon. It’s a study in contrasts and tensions, but ultimately leaves the listener with permission to be imperfect, make mistakes, learn, grow, live their life, and be a better person as they continuously evolve as an individual.
Merry Christmas Darling – NIKI
A NIKI Christmas song in October? We’ll take it. At the very least, it can go on the holiday playlist to be ready for the end of the year.
