Attending music festivals might just be the time you need to interact with yourself and others through music
Everything feels new when you have been cooped up for the longest time. With a newfound appreciation of every experience, we no longer take them for granted. Having the privilege of witnessing artists perform through concerts and music festivals now bears a different feel after a dark period of drought.

Now that music events are on a roll, it’s definitely high time that Wanderland made its big comeback. And last weekend, its return did not fall short of giving everyone a good time. Take note: It may have been about the music, but it was definitely so much more!

If you were vibing with us last weekend or conquering that FOMO feeling by deciding to attend next year’s Wanderland instead, these reasons may just convince you to RSVP yes:
Live sound just hits differently
Letting your body move through the different bops is a freeing expression of your love for music. Next thing you know, you’re waving your arms to a Rico Blanco ballad, moving your body to the sound of voices of ((o)) and Raveena, and headbanging to the beats of Phoenix.

If you’re just starting to figure out your specific taste, music festivals also give you the chance to discover new artists or even try out a new genre. Into Carly Rae Jepsen’s pop bops? Ylona may just be your next fave. Wanting a mellow sound to keep you company? Men I Trust is here for that.

The outside world is the new in
Cabin fever took its toll on us for so long that going out feels weird or dangerous. But with an outdoor music festival like Wanderland, you get to enjoy the breeze, walk around the vast area, and relish in the breath of freedom we’ve been deprived of for so long. Not to mention the safer setting given that it’s in an open field. Talk about enjoying responsibly!

It’s a chance for (re)connections
During the event, a lot of goers came in duos and groups who danced and sang along together. Sharing these moments with special people in your life builds a new form of intimacy. It’s even a place where you can meet a potential friend or love interest who gets your music taste! Forging new connections or rebuilding past ones gets a little more exciting with music involved.
