When Francis Libiran’s Visions first debuted in Manila through FAST ZONE, it carried performance—the movement of SB19, the energy of music translated into form. In Jakarta, that same collection returned in refinement: a curated narrative of shape and structure, translated for a regional audience that speaks a similar yet distinct creative language.

“For Jakarta Fashion Week, I wanted Visions to feel familiar and new,” the designer said. “We refined the lineup to highlight pieces that spoke most strongly to movement and structure, the heart of the collection.”
“Globally, I hope this collection invites audiences to see couture from our part of the world as both boundary-pushing and timeless.“

That heart revealed itself through sculptural butterfly sleeves, delicate weaves, and metallic luster. The silhouettes felt recognizably Filipino yet fluent in Southeast Asia’s shared stories: the sharp tailoring of Singapore, the fluid ease of Indonesia, the ornamental grace of Malaysia.

Libiran’s design philosophy—”Pop Culture Couture”—found a new cadence on Jakarta’s runway. “It’s about bridging the artistry of couture with the pulse of the present,” he explained. “When shared internationally, that philosophy becomes a dialogue—it’s no longer just one culture expressing itself, but finding resonance across perspectives.”

And so, Visions became a meeting point rather than a moment of display. It invites conversation that doesn’t rely on comparison, but connection. Within its fabric lies a recognition of how culture moves. Filipino craftsmanship, in this light, was communed.
“I hope Visions shows that Southeast Asian fashion is shaping the future,” Libiran reflected. “There’s so much innovation and artistry in our region, and I want this collection to inspire collaboration, respect, and pride among designers.”

Visions stood as both offering and exchange: a gesture from one island to another, speaking through texture and form. Between the sculpted and the lyrical, Francis Libiran traced a path of kinship—one that threads Filipino artistry into the regional weave, not as a guest, but as family.
