And now, for the first time ever, MEGA is making history with a two-day ball—double the glamour, double the celebration. With just a few hours away, we remember the past MEGA Ball themes that have influenced style, inspired culture, and elevated the local fashion narrative.

Fashion + Food (2024)
Last year, MEGA cooked up a delicious theme of Fashion + Food, celebrating not only Pinoy excellence but also gourmet greatness. From P-popP-popP-pop, or Pinoy pop, is the Philippines' homegrown idol-group music genre, rooted in OPM tradition rather than imported K-pop formulas. Groups like SB19 and BINI write and produce their ownGo to P-pop Glossary performances and gastronomic sensory experiences to celebrities who served on the red carpet in pure sartorial glory, and the chefs who were awarded for their innovative culinary craftsmanship. More than just a party centered on fashion and food, it was a commemoration of Filipino culture; a fusion of artistic expression that anchors on Filipino DNA.
Fashion + Art (2023)
Fashion and art have always intersected despite living in distinct worlds. And yet, MEGA Ball 2023 has combined the two, emphasizing the importance of creative expression and cultural artistry. With a museum that featured sculptures, jeweled creations, and unapologetic performances, MEGA Ball: Fashion + Art’s festivities were a movement that celebrated the Filipino voice in its most liberated form.
MEGA Ball: A New Era (Glam Rock) (2022)
MEGA celebrates the MEGA Ball comeback with the theme of Glam Rock. A tribute to the ‘70s, celebrities and Pinoy Pride awardees arrived in reworked outfits, reimagined with glitter and mayhem. A New Era commemorated the notable Filipino personalities, brands, companies, and groups who have continued to bring pride to their country with their positive impacts. It was a comeback that celebrated individuality, rebellion, and the ever-evolving spirit of Filipino creativity.
MEGA Equality Ball (2019)
Along with Independence Day, June also celebrates Pride Month—and MEGA joined this celebration of diversity. Championing inspiration and empowerment, MEGA Equality Ball highlighted stories of struggle and liberty, of grit and dreams. That night of glitz and glamour, the Pinoy Pride awardees were the people who made significant contributions to queer rights and visibility. MEGA Equality Ball was a declaration: that fashion has the power to uplift voices and champion equality.
MEGA Millennial Ball (2018)
A night that celebrated fashion, glamour, and patriotism, the MEGA Millennial Ball honored the country’s best and brightest personalities. The highlight of the event was a fashion show by Dubai-based Filipino designer Furne One. 2018 was the year MEGA awarded the millennials who shook their industries—from business to social media. That night, MEGA honored a generation shaping the future, reminding us that youth and innovation go hand in hand.
Year after year, the MEGA Ball hasn’t stopped growing, always placing the nation’s best on the stage to recognize their contributions in fashion, culture, and beyond. Much like the past themes, Fashion + Dance will recognize the movers and shakers of their industries.
