At any gala, the fashion is expected. But what no one admits out loud is that some of us are there for the tension. The are-they-or-aren’t-they’s. The matching looks. The lingering glances that say more than a thousand press releases. At the GMA Gala, these love teams left us wanting more.

Shuvee Etrata and Anthony Constantino

Let’s admit: every post of the two caused a collective swoon. Etrata, in her blooming Rian Fernandez gown, was a rose in motion beside Anthony Constantino, who matched in a crisp Francis Libiran look.

Sofia Pablo and Allen Ansay

Whether on or off screen, the chemistry remains alive and well. Rising star Sofia Pablo glistened in a silver AJ Javier, while Allen Ansay kept things clean and classic in Nat Manilag.

Lexi Gonzales and Gil Cuerva

With faces that could freeze a frame and a gaze that could melt one, the pair gave us all the duality. Gonzales wore a sculptural JUST BONITA, while Cuerva smoldered in a sleek SACASAS suit.

Bianca De Vera and Dustin Yu

The chemistry may have brewed inside the Big Brother house, but look where it found itself: onto the blue carpet. De Vera looked like a heartthrob’s daydream in a pink Marc Rancy, while Yu showed up in a white Paulo Lazaro.

Mika Salamanca and Brent Manalo

Fresh off their Big Winner titles, BreKa traded the Pinoy Big Brother house for a dreamier stage. Salamanca floated in like a white swan in Mak Tumang, while Manalo played it cool in Gucci, topping it off with a tasteful Jean Schlumberger brooch.

Kira Balinger and Josh Ford

What a contrasting energy this duo brought to the function. It rained reds and glitz on the Balinger corner, whose muse wore Russel May Cordero. Over at the Ford corner, there he was in a tweed Andrei David piece.
