BINI Maloi
Revealed to have done her own makeup, BINI’s Maloi was a soft and romantic vision at the FMAs—messy hair bun with face-framing pieces, a light flush of pink on the cheeks, a wash of color across the eyes, and an MLBB stain to finish the look. (Her lipstick had smudged off by the time the photo was taken.) Sealing the look together was her gold manicure—the only finishing touch needed for someone who took home both Tour of the Year and Artist of the Year.

BINI Jhoanna
Where Maloi went pink, Jhoanna swerved warmer, with a peachy, almost-orange blush that complemented her Martin Bautista dress. Wispy lashes, a hint of pink on the lips, and a soft side ponytail completed the look, making her feel like romance personified.

G22
Three-member girl group G22 may have surprised the crowd with their take on menswear, but their glam was just as unexpected. Their hair alone put bombshell curls to shame, with oversized curls across the group and a playful kiss curl framing AJ’s look.

AJ leaned into cool-toned pinks from cheeks to lips, finished with dramatic eyeliner, while Jasmine opted for neutral, natural pinks. Alfea, meanwhile, went for warmer tones. Three girls, three different approaches—talk about range and versatility.
Dia Maté
Radiating regal energy was Dia Maté, who stunned not only in a royal blue gown but also with toasty glam that brought out her morena beauty. Warm blush, bronzer, defined eyes, and a glossy deep-brown pout rounded out the look.

ena mori
As experimental and inventive as ever, Filipino-Japanese artist ena mori radiated whimsical energy on the red carpet, especially with her stark white eyeliner and lashes—giving everyone a reason to look her in the eyes.

Arci Muñoz
Arci Muñoz may have wowed the crowd in a dazzling sequined number, but the large curl sweeping across her forehead was the real cherry on top. Look closer, and her high blush placement and slightly overlined lips add even more definition to the glam.

XONARA
The beauty of XONARA’s red carpet looks was in the individuality peeking through their ensembles while still keeping the group cohesive. Soft shimmers, subtle smoky eyes, wispy lashes, spiky accents in the hair, soft waves, and artistic nails gave each member her own beauty moment while keeping the overall look connected.

Kyline Alcantara
There was something soft yet edgy about Kyline Alcantara at the FMAs. Perhaps it was the black Patty Ang dress setting the mood, or her curled-updo punctuating the look. Either way, her soft glam beat anchored the entire ensembleEnsembleA complete, coordinated outfit in which each garment and accessory is chosen to work together as one look. Ashtine Olviga
Ashtine Olviga never misses—especially when it comes to her modern siren looks. This time, she balanced the sultry energy with a softer, more natural beauty beat, letting her bangs frame her face and highlight her features. A thin liner defined the eyes, a baby-pink flush brought color to the cheeks, and the rest was finished with the kind of star power that radiated throughout the arena.

Michelle Dee
Michelle Dee brought her signature edge to the red carpet, but there was a certain softness to this look, too. Perhaps it was the pink Mark Bumgarner gown, or the delicate flush of color across her glam. Either way, it felt like an elevated version of everyday beauty—polished without being overdone. Slicked-back hair kept the focus on her features, letting the delicate glam take center stage.

Soft and feminine, experimental and edgy, or simply designed to highlight natural beauty, the 2nd Filipino Music Awards proved that there was more than one way to make an entrance. The music may have taken center stage, but these women made sure beauty was right there on beat.
