If you caught even a glimpse of KATSEYE lighting up the Coachella stage in 2026, chances are those outfits stopped you mid-scroll. The global girl group emerged onto the Mojave stage in candy-hued custom creations. Understandably, the looks instantly garnered admiration from fans and fashion enthusiasts alike, with each member looking magnetic in their theatrical attire.

A certain Vietnamese label is to thank for that.

La Lune by Quách Đắc Thắng (also known as Vicki Virus in creative circles) is a Ho Chi Minh City-based brand that has built a reputation for its unpredictable aesthetics. One season might explore sci-fi-inspired forms, while another may lean into delicate lace and romantic ruffles. Their pieces rarely suit casual daily wear because they embrace the conceptual and imaginative spirit of their designer.

For KATSEYE’s Coachella appearance, La Lune seemed to playfully take inspiration from court jesters, brought to life through the styling of the group’s longtime collaborator Katie Qian. Stripes mingled with frills, while lace intertwined with polka dots. Details such as sequins, beads, and handcrafted ribbons added an extra layer of charm. The color story was also a dreamy range of hot pink, baby pink, lilac, sky blue, cobalt, and teal.

What defines La Lune after all these years comes down to three qualities that somehow live happily together: feminine, classic, and futuristic. The pieces carry a demi-couture heart, full of hand-done details and distinct shapes.

It’s no surprise, then, that the label has already caught the eyes of so many beloved names. Lisa, Mina of TWICE, Kyujin and Jiwoo of NMIXX, and Juria and Hinata of XG, among others, have all worn La Lune on various occasions.

Seeing La Lune dress KATSEYE for such a major festival stage is a striking example of the broader creativity flowing from Southeast Asia. Quách Đắc Thắng keeps charting his own course, staying true to meticulous craftsmanship while letting bold imagination take the lead. Really, it makes one pause and appreciate how these unique voices continue to shape fashion far beyond their origins.
