For the Masc-Coded Baddies
Hong Kong’s queer fashion scene is one to envy. With gender fluid tailoring, flowing silhouettes, and sensory-inducing textures, PONDER.ER proudly challenges gender stereotypes. Founded by creative duo Alex Po and Derek Cheng, the label rejects rigidity and embraces fluidity through its pieces—softening the edges of masculinity and sharpening the curves of femininity.
For the Femme Fatales
Bold, sensual, provocative—Shawna Wu blends her Chinese heritage with her queer identity, infused with bold Western influence. The result? An ultra-feminine label rooted in Chinese traditional knots, ready to turn heads at Pride celebrations.
For the Androgynous Comfort Seekers
Singaporean genderqueer Leonard Chung was frustrated with the limited options in menswear, especially in athleisure. With a promise to cater to every body, he built Finix Wear—the country’s first gender-fluid, athflow (athleisure meets soft tailoring) lifestyle fashion brand. Expect thoughtful, breathable fabrics, creative studio-to-street designs, and contemporary flair built for tropical heat.
For the Drama-Obsessed Queers
Originally a 2017 thesis project, queer couple Abraham Guardian and Mamuro Oki built their brand on the fusion of maximalism and minimalism. With out-of-the-box and larger-than-life designs, ḢA.MÜ embraces the unorthodox and unapologetically queer side of fashion—think vibrant colors, ruffled edges, and voluminous silhouettes made for standing out.
