DonBelle is making a series comeback for ABS-CBN and Viu’s newest light romantic drama series How to Spot a Red Flag, and there are already some things that we shouldn’t miss
After the success of Can’t Buy Me Love, Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano—fondly known together as DonBelle—is back for their newest series. In collaboration with Dreamscape Entertainment and Viu, the leading love team of this generation is bound to showcase their chemistry in How to Spot a Red Flag. Even just by the announcement alone, they have already given us three things that we should watch out for.

The Cast
Joining Belle and Donny for the said project are veteran stars and fresh talents such as Jameson Blake, Angel Aquino, Christian Vasquez, Benjie Paras, Mylene Dizon, Esnyr, and Kira Balinger. Right off the bat, they already teased about the love triangle between Belle, Donny, and Jameson. With the roster of talents coming together, DonBelle will surely showcase more of their acting chops.
The Plot
During their special announcement, the premise of the series was also teased: how will Belle’s character, a spunky barista, deal with a catfish situation involving two boys of opposite characteristics—Jameson and Donny?
The Music
Besides the stellar cast and interesting plot, what makes a series unforgettable is the music accompanying the story. With both Belle and Donny’s history in singing, will they be singing the official soundtrack of the series, or at least feature their songs from the past? We certainly hope so!
