If a morning ride happens to overlap with a call time, Caitlyn Stave already knows which one comes first. “I’m riding at 10,” she says with a laugh. “I can come after at 11.” Before another day on set begins, there are horses to ride, family to spend time with, and a life worth protecting outside the spotlight.
