Stay tuned and catch the Gucci Fall/Winter 2025 show here on February 25th, Tuesday at 10 PM PST, where the future of the house is taking shape
A space between connection, an identity in motion. Gucci is hitting the reset button, and tonight’s Fall/Winter 2025 show in Milan is your front-row ticket to a new era. In a departure from the past, the House announced last November that all three of its 2025 calendar shows—Fall/Winter 2025, Spring/Summer 2026, and Cruise 2026—will be co-ed affairs. Gone are the days of strict gender divides on the runway; Gucci is ready to mix it up once again.

This return to the co-ed format isn’t entirely new territory for Gucci. Back in 2017, under Alessandro Michele, the House flirted with gender fluidity on the catwalk. But after Michele’s move to Valentino—where he’s been making waves with his couture debut—Gucci reverted to separate men’s and women’s shows in January 2023. Now, with the creative helm up in the air, the Gucci design office takes the reins, presenting the Fall/Winter 2025 collection without Sabato De Sarno, whose minimalist approach, though critically applauded, may have struggled to capture the market’s appetite for bold personality.
In a landscape where maximalist excess once reigned supreme, Gucci’s experiment in quiet luxury under De Sarno was as deliberate as it was restrained. However, in today’s climate—where individuality and expressive style are in high demand—this pared-back aesthetic might have been a case of elegance over emotion. The departure of De Sarno marks a turning point, and Gucci has promised a new artistic direction that will be unveiled in due course.
For now, the runway in Milan is the stage for Gucci’s reset. The co-ed format signals not only a fusion of menswear and womenswear, but also a melding of the typical with a contemporary, boundary-pushing vision. As the House prepares to navigate its next look, tonight’s show is both a farewell to one approach and a tantalizing preview of what’s to come.
