On March 12, 2025, the Dusit Thani Manila welcomed an assembly of trailblazing women for an event designed to inspire and empower. More than just a conference, Women Lead has grown into a movement—a dynamic platform where women from different industries and walks of life gather to share stories, insights, and strategies for success. This year, the event tackled six key themes: Women Leadership, Women Entrepreneurship, Health, Beauty, Wellness, Nutrition, and Mental Health, Women in Career and Profession, The Modern Woman, and Women Governance & Regulation. These discussions provided a focused lens and addressed the evolving roles, challenges, and opportunities women encounter in various fields.

The conference has become a platform for engaging conversations and collaborative initiatives, drawing an audience eager to absorb the wisdom of industry leaders. Previous editions have seen over thirty female luminaries take the stage, and this year’s event raised the bar even higher. With 35 influential women leaders—including CEOs, government officials, and business pioneers—and over 200 women in attendance, the conference provided attendees with invaluable lessons in resilience, innovation, and leadership.

Notable speakers included Peewee Reyes-Isidro, Editor-in-Chief of MEGA; Secretary Cristina A. Roque of the Department of Trade & Industry; Rosemarie Rafael, Chairperson of Airspeed Group; Jonah Sison-Ramos, CEO of Dear Face and New Moon; Anna Magkawas, CEO of Luxe Beauty & Wellness; Gel Święciński, Chief Sales Officer of the Asia Food Expo; Dr. Leah Yolo, President & Medical Director of Kaiser International Health Group; Riza Lim, CEO of Orissa Garden of Wellness; Nikki Tang, CEO of DMark Beauty; Kaye Tinga, President of the Cultural Center of the Philippines; Atty. Amanda Carpo, Co-founder & Chief Legal Counsel of KMC Solutions; and Ingrid Berona, Chief Risk Officer of GCash. Their words resonated deeply, offering both practical strategies and profound inspiration to a captivated audience.

Beyond networking, the Women Lead Conference fostered a space where real conversations about gender equality, career progression, and personal development took center stage. Attendees walked away with renewed confidence and a strengthened sense of purpose. The event underscored the necessity of cultivating an inclusive and empowering environment where women don’t just break glass ceilings—they shatter them.

The day wrapped up with a luncheon that encouraged further discussion and collaboration. As attendees departed, one thing was clear: the Women Lead Conference is more than a one-day event—it’s intended as a driving force for long-term progress. With each edition, it reaffirms the undeniable truth that when women lead, society thrives.
