Resources are scarce in times of disaster. Here’s a list of relief operations and donation drives to help the victims of Typhoon Kristine
Tropical storm Kristine brought strong winds and heavy rainfall that triggered disastrous flooding throughout the northern region of the country. While Kristine is expected to leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Friday afternoon or evening, October 25, several parts of the country are still reeling from the aftermath. Towns in Albay, Bicol, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, and Sorsogon were submerged in water, leaving several residents displaced. But when disaster strikes, the Filipino bayanihan spirit remains alive. Donation drives and relief operations are underway to support those in need.
