Eight is an auspicious number—and even more meaningful as Organic Skin Japan celebrates its eighth year in the country. On August 20, the brand marked the milestone with “Glow Beyond the Horizon,” an evening dedicated to skincare, self-care, and the community that has grown alongside it, while looking ahead to its next chapter in beauty.

At the center of the celebration was the launch of Tri-Glow C, Organic Skin Japan’s latest skincare innovation and a reflection of the brand’s evolving Skintelligent approach. While Organic Skin Japan has built an established portfolio of beauty essentials, the new line signals a broader ambition: to move beyond its hero deodorant and strengthen its presence across the skincare and beauty category through products shaped by considered ingredients, formulation technology, and more informed solutions.
Introducing Tri-Glow C and the Practice of Skintelligence
CEO and formulator Ysabel De Guzman introduced Tri-Glow C, highlighting its combination of a 5X Brightening Complex, Japanese Technology, and Screen Light Defense. Powered by key ingredients including S-Acetyl Glutathione, Vitamin C, Niacinamide, and Sakura extract, the line brings together topical and oral formats designed to address dark spots, uneven skin tone, and overall radiance.

The launch also underscored what the brand means by being “Skintelligent”: not simply adding more products to a routine, but understanding what the skin needs and choosing ingredients and formulations with intention.
That idea carried through the evening’s skincare panel, where De Guzman and host Sean Kyle Ortega was joined by Ruzzel Melendez of Skincare by Ruzz, Jan Angelo, and Dr. Cel Martinez for a conversation on making better-informed beauty choices. From common skincare misconceptions to identifying specific skin concerns, the panel encouraged guests to look beyond viral ingredients and passing trends—and instead consider their individual skin goals, the evidence behind an ingredient, and whether a product genuinely belongs in their routine.

The message was refreshingly straightforward: know your skin, understand what you’re putting on it, and resist the pressure to consume skincare simply for the sake of keeping up. In an industry where the next buzzy ingredient can arrive before the previous one has even settled into our routines, a little discernment goes a long way.
An Evening of Celebration and Discovery
Guests experienced this philosophy firsthand at the Tri-Glow C launch, getting up close with the new line and its approach to brightening and skin health. The products offered a tangible look at how Organic Skin Japan is translating its Skintelligent direction into more targeted beauty solutions—combining familiar brightening actives with Japanese-inspired formulation technology and a more holistic approach to skincare.
Adding to the evening were celebrity and KOL guests including Danita Paner, Dani Barretto, Nikkie Espiritu, and Gifer Fernandez, among others, reflecting the growing community surrounding the brand. Special performances by Ian Mark and Jason Scott kept the anniversary celebration glowing well into the evening.

Eight years in, Organic Skin Japan is entering its next chapter with a clearer view of where it wants to go: beyond a single hero product and toward a more expansive beauty identity grounded in smarter choices. With Tri-Glow C as one of its newest expressions, “Glow Beyond the Horizon” became more than an anniversary theme—it offered a glimpse into a future where beauty is not simply about doing more, but about knowing better, choosing better, and glowing with intention.
