The red carpet was a dazzling mix of genres and artists—from P-pop groups to hip-hop performers and classic OPM bands. The fashion was no exception. The night had only one dress code: the Filipino silhouette—and everyone understood the assignment: inventive takes on the traditional butterfly sleeves, intricate barong embroideries, and woven textures. Filipino music—and fashion—truly took center stage on a night that celebrated artistry.

Denim
Denim came in many forms: Clean and sharp in structured silhouettes, or tattered and undone in true streetwear spirit.Take it from celebrity photographer BJ Pascual, who celebrated in crisp denim lines, oversized pants, and a playfully distressed back. On the other hand, ripped seams and frayed hems stole the spotlight with R&B rapper Zae.

Modern Filipino
Many artists took the opportunity to reinterpret traditional Filipino formalwear for the modern stage. Ashtine Olviga embodied a modern popstar in Ulysses Caragayan creation with her lush butterfly sleeves. FMA host Michael Sager donned a classic barong with accentuated with 3D florals and detailed embroidery. Jericho Rosales, who presented the Tribute Award, looked presidential in a sharp barong, layered over the text of Rizal’s Noli Me Tangere.
The recently reunited IV of Spades, whose song “Aura” won Rock Song of the Year, appeared in matching solihiya-woven patterned suits—a true ode to craftsmanship. Meanwhile, Maki stunned both with his performance and his patterned jacket that combined edge with polish.
In Shimmering White
While music brought the artists together, the color white created a striking theme on the red carpet. Janine Gutierrez shimmered in an Andrea Tetangco creation, while Kings of P-pop and six-time FMA winners SB19 dazzled in Francis Libiran and Iji Montalbo. Meanwhile, Aces of P-pop BGYO turned heads in white-and-gold Aaron Mangsat ensembles.
Shimmers
The night sparkled with Filipino music—and even brighter fashion moments. PBB star Kira Balinger dripped in gold wearing Vee Tan. Singer Vivoree was as radiant as a disco ball in Manny Halasan.
Sultry in Slits
Slits ruled the red carpet—both subtle and daring. Michelle Dee was pink perfection in Mark Bumgarner. Morissette , who presented the Concert of the Year award, was an ethereal vision in Fatima Beltran. Yeng Constantino was a walking masterclass in contrast, pairing a floral bustier and corset waist with an edgy slitted skirt. G22’s AJ also turned heads in a low-waisted skirt that revealed intricate lace detailing.
In a night where music and fashion came together, artists across genres proved that style is more than clothing—it’s a reflection of Filipino pride.
