Aging with Grace
Santos-Agoncillo doesn’t shy away from aging. She embraces it with maturity and self-assurance. “Aging never bothered me,” the actress said. “In fact, I’m excited to get older—for my wisdom, growing old with my kids and husband.”
For her, positive aging is about accepting all the fine lines and wrinkles along with the wisdom that comes with aging. With self-acceptance, she doesn’t need to subscribe to the societal pressure of staying youthful. “It’s no longer my goal to look younger,” Santos-Agoncillo emphasized, sharing how she’s devoting her time and energy to learn more about her current stage in life. “Now, I’m committed to taking care of myself, especially in the later stages of life that are rarely talked about—like menopause.”

“Aging is something that we all have to look forward to. It’s inevitable.”

Aging is simply nature taking its course. It’s not about preserving youth, but about honoring where you are in life, choosing products that nurture rather than reverse. Her partnership with Bioten reflects her authentic philosophy: aging is something you finesse. And one of her secrets to achieving this? Here’s a hint: Less is more.
Minimal Skincare, Maximum Results
Between all the duties that come with work and motherhood, time has turned into gold, which means her makeup and skincare routine must be quick and straightforward—just a swipe of lipstick, maybe a touch of concealer, and some micellar water to take it all off at the end of the day.

“As someone with sensitive skin and not much time, I’ve leaned towards products that have more benefits and don’t need several steps,” Santos-Agoncillo shared. Being a working mom, her approach to skincare is practical and realistic, and that is what attracted her to Bioten’s Hyaluronic Gold. “It’s a simple and perfect regimen that doesn’t need a lot of products,” she explained.
Sure, she’s had her fair share of jumping on beauty trends—especially with Korean skincare, but what really resonated with her was a low-maintenance but high-impact approach. Hydration, functionality, and multi-benefit skincare—her routine is her way of devoting time to herself.
Beyond Beauty
To the multi-hyphenate, beauty is less about what you put on your face, but more on how you are on the inside. “We all have different definitions of beauty, and to me, it’s how you see and be yourself,” she reflected. “Showing up, walking with confidence, and embracing your imperfections—these are the things that make us beautiful.”

Her confidence stems from her honesty and grounded sense of self. “I never really considered myself to be one of those pretty faces in the industry,” the actress admitted. “But I’m confident about myself and what I do, and that’s enough.”
“Beauty is not really about the face. It’s really about you, how you see the world, how you give back and how to be kind. That is what beauty is to me.”
