From sculptural silhouettes to intricate detailing, the night’s best-dressed stars delivered performances before they even stepped inside

Awards season is a marathon, not a sprint, and by the time we hit the SAG (Screen Actors Guild) Awards, the fashion stakes are at an all-time high. With Hollywood’s finest in attendance for this awards show—celebrating actors, by actors—the red carpet is where couture meets character development.

Selena Gomez

In Celine

Selena Gomez stepped onto the red carpet looking every bit the Hollywood star she is—radiant in an off-the-shoulder navy Celine gown. The softly pleated neckline framed her face beautifully, while the rich hue and fluid silhouette exuded glamour. No notes, just applause.

Elle Fanning

In Loewe

Peplums are officially back, and Elle Fanning is their most elegant spokesperson. The actress stunned in a custom Loewe gown, featuring a strapless satin skirt and a peplum bodice. It was the perfect balance of vintage-inspired romance and modern edge—graceful, effortless, and just dramatic enough.

Leighton Meester

In Elie Saab

Leighton Meester took a break from ruling the Upper East Side to command the red carpet in a green Elie Saab gown, featuring intricate cut-out embellishments. A cape wrapped around her neck added an ultra-sophisticated touch. Blair Waldorf would be proud—and probably would’ve taken credit.

Anna Sawai

In Armani Privé

Anna Sawai’s custom Giorgio Armani Privé gown was a study in precision. The strapless red creation featured an extended bustier that jutted beyond her chest, creating an architectural effect, while red georgette and crystal embroidery imbued layers of depth and shimmer.

Demi Moore

In Bottega Veneta

If there’s one thing Demi Moore understands, it’s how to make an entrance. This time, she opted for Bottega Veneta, donning an edgy leather corset dress with a drop waist that played between structured and fluid. She paired it with a Tiffany & Co. fringe necklace and Christian Louboutin heels.

Monica Barbaro

In Dior

Monica Barbaro served pure fire in a Dior column dress, proving that simplicity can still make a statement. With a plunging halter neckline that extended to the waist and a belt detail, the look was refined yet sultry. Diamond accessories from BVLGARI only emphasized its allure.

Sofia Carson

In Elie Saab

Sofia Carson’s Elie Saab gown was sculptural couture at its finest. In a delicate pale pink, the fitted bodice and cinched waist led to a dramatically flared skirt, creating a trumpet-like effect. Regal, romantic, and striking.

Cynthia Erivo

In Givenchy

Cynthia Erivo is no stranger to a theatrical fashion moment, and her vintage Givenchy gown did not disappoint. The high-necked, long-sleeved number came alive with dramatically spiky silver fringe—so much so that she could’ve walked straight onto a Wicked set as a couture-clad sorceress.

Millie Bobby Brown

In Louis Vuitton

Fresh off her wedding, Millie Bobby Brown made a return to the red carpet in custom Louis Vuitton. Her pale-pink gown, paired with Chopard diamond earrings and a chic blonde updo, was the epitome of youthful sophistication. All grown up and owning every second of it.

Zoe Saldaña

In Saint Laurent

Zoe Saldaña shimmered in custom Saint Laurent, her dress adorned with a crystal-laden ruffle detail at the shoulder that caught the light beautifully. She doubled down on the sparkle with a chainmail-like diamond bracelet and matching drop earrings.

As the curtain falls on another awards season, the 2025 SAG Awards showcased sculpted, draped, or adorned in layers of detail, these looks were performances themselves. And with that, Hollywood’s leading ladies have left their mark. Oscars, you’re up next.
