It was an unexpected entrance that captivated and shocked the red carpet of the MTV European Music Awards held at Düsseldorf, Germany. The appearance of Taylor Swift at the awards show made quite the noise as she slayed the red carpet in a bejeweled—pun intended—number.

Created by London-based designer David Koma, Taylor Swift was donned in a simple black bodysuit that was layered with a chain-linked skirt just by her bust. The ankle-length piece had emeralds decorated with diamonds scattered across the skirt while the sides were finished with black stripes.
As for her second look for the night, the artist continued her bejeweled theme as she stepped out in a heavily bedazzled minidress finished with a polo collar, a look designed by David Koma as well.
While the appearance was simply iconic and unforgettable, Taylor Swift also swept the awards as she bagged not only one, but four awards. Apart from winning Best Video and Best Longform Video for All Too Well: The Short Film, she also won Best Pop and Best Artist.
